Description: Patient presented with pain in the left thigh and a mass also .Notice the classic onion skin periosteal reaction. I gave a possibility of Ewings sarcoma causing MOTH EATEN bone permeation in the lower shaft of femur.Patient was reffered to cancer Hospital in ISLAMABAD later.
